We design and ship products that help people and organisations work with more clarity: fewer unnecessary steps, information that reaches the right place, and tools that stay out of the way.
AI is part of how we build, not a slogan. We use it where it makes a product better — to understand context, connect the right things, and cut friction. The result still has to be simple enough to use without a manual.
We start with hiring, then grow that into an app ecosystem people can actually join.
Deltika is a product company, founded by three partners with that idea in mind. We will keep building.

Work gets harder when information is scattered and tools ask for too much. We aim for products that make the next step obvious.

Not a demo
If a feature only looks good on a slide, it does not belong in the product. We build for the hours people actually spend at work.

Useful, or left out
We use AI where it cuts friction — not as decoration. If it does not make the product simpler to use, we do not add it.
